In August 2018, Yarno partnered with Mental Health Victoria to run a pilot for frontline support workers.
Yarno was used to help workers expand their understanding of core mental healthcare principles and become more capable and confident in delivering their services.
The campaign ran for 4 weeks and covered 10 topics. 45 learners in 8 teams participated.
The campaign was an overall success! 92% of learners answered all their questions, the average weekly participation was 86%, and learner performance improved by 3% throughout the campaign.
“We are thrilled at the level of learner engagement generated by the Yarno campaign, but even more so by the level of learning, interest and discussion that occurred amongst workers.”
– David McGuire, Director of Workforce Development and Learning
