The following is a summary of the fees and costs related to Hargraves Membership and participation. Whilst the majority of our activities are free and/or exclusive to members, a member discount applies to any paid activities, with additional member benefits offered from time to time to facilitate member participation.

All prices quoted are in Australian Dollars and include the member discount where applicable and 10% GST. 


Annual Company Membership includes access to all member benefits and activities for all personnel. Members commit to 2 years at commencement. Additional fees apply for organisations over 10,000 employees.

Hargraves Annual Conference
(Any conference registration may be shared with colleagues to facilitate attendance across all events.)

Member Pack includes 3 member attendees to our 2 Day Conference and Gala Dinner.



Individual Registration includes 1 attendee to our 2 Day Conference and Gala Dinner.  Early Bird rates available for a limited time.

Any member contact may participate as part of the company’s membership.



Hosted Program or Workshop
Open to other members and/or guests. Rate per attendee per day, from:



1 Day In-House Program or Workshop
For delivery of one of our standard tools or programs. Rate includes up to 18 participants. (Additional participants charged at $300 per participant).

Fees include all travel and standard workshop materials. For specific workshop material costs add:

Getting Results Without Authority workshops – add $75 per participant.
123 Innovate® Collaboration Cards workshops – add $35 per participant.
