Call to Action - A Member Initiated Project
Members have requested the development of a Leadership program that supports talented managers across all disciplines to expand their understanding and capabilities for leading innovation within their teams, divisions and organisation. Innovation is only one part of their role and this program will be designed to expand their management repertoire to support innovation, in addition to their current responsibilities.

Innovation Performance Metrics - A Member Initiated Project
Hargraves Institute ushered in 2008 with the Innovation Performance Metrics and Benchmarking Program, a joint initiative with a number of its members to create a leading-edge measure for internal scoring and external benchmarking with business - peers in similar and diverse industries. Participants to date include Cochlear, Roche, Canon – CISRA, Cerebos, Australian Unity, Sugar Australia, South East Water, and SGE Analytical Services. More....
